The Natural Resources Conservation Service just announced the availability of their Conservation Innovation Grants, with up to $25 million available across a wide range of priorities and disciplines.  Of particular interest within the GCPO LCC, are the wildlife priorities for the National Category, and the Mississippi River Basin category.  Deadline for pre-proposals is March 22, 2013.  Read through the entire announcement before applying - requirements for eligible projects are pretty stringent.
